3 full-day immersion
One day shows what jumps out. Three days show the rest.
The format for those who want the full picture of the whole business, and to go as far as possible in what can be gained.
You'll be visited by an Atlas® representative based in France, who knows your file before arriving.
Why a single day isn't always enough
In a day, we see what costs the most, and that's already a lot. But a day is still just a day: the one when it was busy, or precisely the one when it wasn't.
The quiet time drains, the ones that only cost a few minutes but come back every day, can only be seen by coming back. It's the second and third days that bring them out, because we saw the day before and know where to look.
Three days, three different roles
Each day has its job. The third wouldn't be possible without the first two.
We look at everything, without deciding anything
Every station, every moment of the day, from first to last. We judge nothing, we take the measure of the place.

Where the first day left a question, we go back, we measure, we ask. It's the day the time drains too small to see in a single day come out.

A debrief with you, sorted into two columns: what can be fixed this week, and what deserves a proper project.

Not an inspection checklist: four angles, which we follow wherever they lead.
Time that slips away on its own
What waits, what repeats, what gets redone. Nobody decided it, and yet it happens every day.
The paths a piece of information takes
Where a request starts, how many hands it passes through, and where it gets lost along the way.
What the team knows and nobody asks them
The people doing the work often know what slows them down. Someone just has to take the time to ask them.
What a customer experiences at yours
The welcome, the wait, what reassures and what makes people hesitate, seen as an ordinary customer would experience it on an ordinary day.
To go digital or not, how we decide
It's the question that worries people most, so we may as well answer it before you ask. Not everything can go digital, and not everything should. Every point we spot falls into one of these three columns.
We leave it as it is
What already works has no reason to change. A good habit stays a good habit, even if it lives in a notebook.
We simplify without a tool
A change of order, a step removed, a clear rule. No extra screen, no subscription to pay.
We genuinely go digital
Only where the tool saves time for the people using it. If the team doesn't follow, the tool is useless.
We sell no software and earn nothing on what you install. That's what lets us tell you, with no ulterior motive, when the answer is to install nothing at all.
Three days at yours, without getting in the way
The rules are the same as for a single day, and they hold for the whole stay: we look at a way of working, never a person. No individual records, no score given to anyone, and we will never say who should go.
Over three days, your business carries on exactly as usual. That's actually the condition for it to work: the more normal the days, the truer what we see. You choose what the team is told, and what we see stays between you and us.

Not a list of thirty points to get lost in: a plan of action.
What can be fixed this week
Little effort, immediate effect. That's where we start, because the first result makes you want to do the rest.
What deserves a proper project
Heavier to put in place, but that's where the biggest gains are. Costed and ordered, so you can decide with full knowledge.
What it costs, and how that's decided
Every immersion is priced for your business. You have the figure before you commit, never after.
Three days or one, how to choose
Both formats rest on the same thing: someone at yours, watching. What changes is how far we go.
3 full days
The full picture, down to the quiet time drains, with a plan sorted from quickest to heaviest.
1 full day
For a quick first result, on what costs you the most today.
