The diary fills up without you picking up the phone
Your durations, your breaks, your rules. The slot books itself, the reminder goes out the day before, and an hour one customer frees up goes straight to another.
An appointment falls into place, from the first click to the reminder the day before
Four stages, in order. None of them goes through you.
Real duration, clean-up time, closed days. A 1 hr 15 service doesn't fit into a 45-minute gap.
In the diary the team sees from their phones. Nobody else can take the same hour.
The reminder goes out 24 hours before. That's what turns a forgotten appointment into a recoverable hour.
It's offered to the customers waiting for that day. The first to reply takes it.
The six settings you keep in hand
Set with you at the start, changed with a flick afterwards.
Thirty minutes for a visit, 1 hr 15 for a service, 2 hrs for a job. Your real duration, not an average.
Cleaning the station, travelling from one job to the next. Blocked out, never sold.
The lunch break, Mondays, holidays. Nobody can book anything there.
Required or not, and only on long services if you prefer. Here, switched off.
24 or 48 hours. After that, the customer goes through you, and you decide.
A quote, a long job, a treatment: those requests keep coming through you.
An empty hour can never be made up
Two published figures, from a profession that isn't yours. Académie nationale de médecine and Conseil national de l'Ordre des médecins, Missed medical appointments, 26 January 2023. The only profession measured nationally: other appointment-based trades live the same thing, without public statistics.

You decide, step by step, what you hand over
At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on. The counters and the result at the bottom of the page recalculate before your eyes.
The slot finds itself
The customer sees your real slots and chooses for themselves, at any hour.
It writes itself into your diary
In the diary the team sees from their phones. No more two customers booked for the same hour.
Confirmation, then reminder
Confirmation within the second, reminder 24 hours before: the forgotten appointment is caught before it costs an hour.
The freed-up hour goes back out
The cancelled slot goes to the customers waiting for that day, and the first to reply takes it.
You stay in charge of the diary
You block out an hour with a flick, and a late cancellation goes through you: you decide.

You're with a customer
Today. The phone rings. You stop what you're doing, look for Thursday's page, cross things out. Three minutes stolen from the person in front of you.
With the module. The phone doesn't ring. The customer saw your real slots and took Thursday 3 pm herself. You find out between two appointments.
Someone cancels
Today. You'd have to pluck up the courage to call back the ones who wanted that slot. You won't. Wednesday 4 pm will stay empty, and an empty hour is never made up.
With the module. The freed-up hour goes to the four people waiting for that day. The first to reply takes it. The gap closed without you.
A new customer is looking
Today. You're closed, nobody picks up. She won't call back tomorrow: she books with whoever shows their slots.
With the module. She sees Tuesday 2 pm, books it, and the confirmation goes out within the second. The appointment is in your diary when you open up.
What stays with you, always
- The phone didn't ring: this appointment was booked while you were closed
- Nothing was written down by hand: the hour is blocked for everyone the moment they click
- Blocking out an hour or ruling on a late cancellation stays with you, always
A quote, a long job, a treatment: those requests keep coming through you.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Open up an hour or a service you haven't opened
- Move or cancel an appointment already booked, on your behalf
- Penalise a customer, or charge them without their consent
- Get rid of the phone: it stays, for those who prefer it
What's written in the contract
- Your diary and your customer file stay yours, and can be exported
- We act only on your instructions, and on nothing else
- No other provider in the chain without your written consent
- Full return or deletion at the end of the contract
