You've already sent a Kbis over three months old without knowing it. Your articles of association are in an email from your accountant, somewhere in 2019. A financing file takes you half a day to put together. You're asked for the same documents three times a year, by three people. You couldn't say, right now, where your signed commercial lease is.

The Kbis is valid three months, the vigilance certificate six, insurance one year. The date is read from the document.

The Kbis fetched free from MonIdenum, the vigilance certificate from your URSSAF account, the tax return from your accountant.

No document goes to anyone you haven't named, and formalities are signed by your own hand. That's the module's red line.

Six documents out of seven are already there, up to date. The link goes out the same day, and the fifteen working days start on day 1.
Day 3, the gathering. Nothing to dig through. You're out on a job, the file is already with the banker.
Day 12, the rejected document. The Kbis was fetched by itself on 6 August, free of charge. No out-of-date document goes out.
Day 15, the answer. The clock started on day 1. The approval is in, the order goes out.
Kbis, articles, three tax returns, bank details, lease, insurance. You jot it down on the corner of a table.
A whole Saturday morning. The emails, the binder, the garage. The lease is missing, and the Kbis dates from March.
The bank calls back: the Kbis is over three months old. The file is incomplete again.
