The dates nobody will remind you of

Probation period, end of fixed-term contract, medical check, certification. They come up once per employee and cost dearly when forgotten. The module keeps them, warns you and prepares the letter.

01It's for you if

Five lines, one is enough

You couldn't say, right now, when your latest recruit's probation ends

You've already discovered a date by missing it

These deadlines live in a notebook, in a contract at the back of a binder, or nowhere

You don't know whether your team's certifications are still valid

A fixed-term contract ends soon and nothing is prepared, neither what comes next nor the final pay

Each one comes from your file: the module invents no date, and each alert shows the article it rests on.

02Do the sums yourself

You decide, step by step, what you hand over

Here's what becomes of an approaching deadline. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.

06What we guarantee you

The limits, stated up front

What it will never do

  • End a probation or a contract on your behalf
  • Decide whether you keep someone: you decide
  • Replace the occupational doctor or your accountant
  • Invent a date: each one comes from your file

What's written in the contract

  • Each date shows its article, checkable
  • A law changes, the periods are corrected everywhere
  • Your data stays yours, on your instructions
  • Return of all your deadlines at the end of the contract

The CACES isn't a requirement of the Code but a recommendation of the health insurance fund. The requirement: suitable training and driving authorisation, Articles R4323-55 and R4323-56.
Electrical certification is imposed by the Code, the refresher comes from the standard.
