Every application, already put in order
The job boards, your inbox, the CV left at the counter: a single list, ranked on what matters in your trade. You open the right ones first.
Your requirements, set once
Never the age, the photo, the address or the surname.
Each CV compared with your requirements
The ranking, ready to open
The rejection is ready, you're the one who sends it.
The module suggests an order, it fails nobody: the decision stays yours.
Every CV scored,
the best at the top.
You recognise these lines
Five lines. Just one is enough for this module to be useful to you.
- CVs arrive on three job boards, in your inbox and at the counter
- You've called back someone who had just signed elsewhere
- You find a CV under the till three weeks later
- You couldn't say how many you've received this week
- You open them on Sunday evening, between two invoices
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of an incoming application. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The application is captured, wherever it comes from
The job boards, the email address, the website form. The CV from the counter is photographed and joins the list.
What matters is read, and nothing else
The trade practised and the years, the qualification or licence required by the advert, the date the person is available.
It's ranked in the single list
Three columns: to see first, to look at, doesn't match. Each card keeps its source and its date.
You open, you decide, you call back
The module suggests an order, it fails nobody: the decision stays yours, and the law requires it.

What becomes of Karim, the best of the 14, in two weeks
Same advert, same candidate, same business. The only thing that changes is how fast you see him coming.
The delay doesn't cost time, it costs the candidate.
After a fortnight, the one you wanted has already said yes to someone else.
A legal sort, and it's you it protects
What it never looks at
- Age, date of birth, photo, appearance
- Origin, surname, nationality
- Family situation, pregnancy, children
- State of health, disability, social security number
- The address: place of residence is a protected criterion, and the CNIL points out that asking for it isn't lawful. The commute only shows if the candidate wrote it themselves, and it never counts in the ranking
What it looks at, and nothing else
- The trade practised and the number of years
- The qualification, licence or certification required by the advert
- The availability date and the contract sought
- The candidate is told that a ranking tool is used, before they apply
- An unsuccessful application is kept for at most two years after the last contact, then deleted
These lines are the law, not our promises.
Forbidden criteria: Article L1132-1 of the French Labour Code, CNIL deliberation no. 02-017 of 21 March 2002.
Asked for: direct and necessary link with the job, L1221-6.
Informing the candidate: L1221-8.
The two years: CNIL guide of 30 January 2023, sheet no. 13.
