E-invoicing 2026: for you, the reform is already done
From 1 September 2026, every business must be able to receive an electronic invoice. We connect you to a State-accredited platform and we check your compulsory details. You invoice exactly as before.
Invoices received, through your accredited platform

You invoice as before,
the reform is already done.
Five lines, one is enough
You hear about it everywhere without knowing whether it concerns you
You don't know what an accredited platform is, or how to choose one
Your invoices come out of a spreadsheet, a notebook or an old piece of software
A client has already asked you for your receiving address
You're waiting for your accountant to tell you what to do, and they haven't said anything
From 1 September 2026, receiving an electronic invoice becomes compulsory for every business, with no exception for size.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of an invoice going to a business customer. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes. The accredited platform and your address in the directory are set once, at set-up: half a day, without changing software.
The invoice is checked before sending
Four details become compulsory: the customer's SIREN, the type of transaction, the delivery address if different, the VAT on debits option. Reviewed on every invoice.
What's missing is added
A missing SIREN, a forgotten type of transaction: the detail is completed before sending, not after a rejection.
You approve, and you invoice as before
Same entry, same place, same document. No invoice goes out without your approval: that's the module's red line.
It goes out through the accredited platform, acknowledgement received
Formatting and transport happen behind the scenes. Transmitted, acknowledgement received, and you're told if something gets stuck.
Whatever your volume

Indicative estimate, not a firm price: the exact rate is agreed with you at the assessment.

Nothing is compulsory for you yet
Without. You put it off until September, like everyone else.
With. You're connected, your address is declared.
Receiving becomes compulsory for every business
Large and mid-sized companies are already issuing. Without. Your big customers send in electronic format. Without a platform, the invoice doesn't arrive.
With. Supplier invoices arrive, read and filed. You see a summary.
Issuing becomes compulsory for small and medium-sized businesses
Without. Choose a platform, redo your documents, learn a tool. Right in the middle of September.
With. Nothing to do. The format changes behind the scenes, your invoices go out as before.
Inspection covers the format and the compulsory details
Without. €50 per invoice in the wrong format, €15,000 a year at most.
With. Every invoice is checked before sending. A detail is missing, it's added.
Does it concern me? Yes, as soon as you invoice another business in France, even if VAT-exempt and for three invoices a year. Your sales to private individuals don't go through the platform. What do I have to do? Three things, and we do them for you: choose an accredited platform, declare your receiving address there, bring your invoices up to the new compulsory details. No software to change.
What the law says, and what business owners know about it
Four published figures, none of them ours. Ministry of the Economy, first accredited platforms, January 2026, over a hundred since. OpinionWay for Tiime, March 2026, 607 owners of businesses with fewer than 20 employees. Fines: entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr, 2026 Finance Act.
of businesses affected by receiving, with no exception for size
State-accredited platforms, and the list is still growing
per non-compliant invoice once the obligation is in force, capped at €15,000 a year
of small business owners only know precisely what the reform contains
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Replace your accountant, nothing is calculated on our side
- Send an invoice you haven't approved
- Force you to change invoicing software
- Promise you the timetable won't move again, it's already been pushed back
What's written in the contract
- A connection to a State-accredited platform, never to an in-house tool
- Your compulsory details checked before every sending
- The switch to issuing prepared in advance, with no action on your part
- Your invoices kept for ten years and returned at the end of the contract
We aren't the accredited platform: we connect you to it, and we tell you if the timetable moves again.
What you get back, every year
Based on - invoices rejected a year and - of 3 steps handed over, that is - per rejection avoided.
