1 full-day immersion
What wastes your time, you no longer see.
A day on site, by your side, to spot what costs you the most, and come away with something to act on the next day.
You'll be visited by an Atlas® representative based in France, who knows your file before arriving.
Your presence changes everything, except for you
When you're the one watching, the team is careful, and so is the customer. A normal day no longer looks like a normal day. We have nothing to prove: we simply watch what happens when nobody is paying attention.
And then there's the other reason, the one every business owner knows: in the thick of it, you never have time to step back. You handle the urgent, you push on, you put things off. A day of immersion is that step back taken for you, while you carry on working.

Nothing is set in stone: the schedule adapts to your hours and your trade. But the spirit stays the same.

We arrive with you, before opening if need be. No notebook out straight away: first, we watch.

Business runs as normal. We stay in the background while everyone does their job as usual.

Before leaving, a conversation in person, on site, with you. Nothing written yet, just what we saw, said simply.
What we look for, and why you no longer see it
A business that's been running for years has its habits. They settled in one by one, each for a good reason, and nobody questions them any more. That's normal: when you're in it every day, what takes time ends up looking like work.
We're not looking for a fault, and we don't arrive with a ready-made solution. We look for the places where time slips away without anyone having decided it. Every business has its own, and they're never the same from one to the next. That's precisely why we come and look, rather than send you a questionnaire.

It's the first question a team asks when an outsider arrives: are we being assessed? The answer is no, and it's said from day one.
- A way of working, never a personIt's the ways of doing things we observe, not the people doing them.
- Your business carries on as normalWe adapt to your hours and your trade, never the other way round.
- What we see stays between you and usNothing leaves your business, in any form.
- Nobody is timedNo individual records, no score given to anyone.
- We don't say who should goThis isn't a staff inspection, and it won't become one.
- You decide what the team is toldTold or not, in your own words: it's your business.
Few things to do, but the right ones
Two pieces of feedback, one straight away, the other set down in writing.
In person, on site
Before leaving, we tell you what we saw. No report to wait for to get the first answer.
A short written note
What was spotted, and for each point an action you can start the very next day.
Some actions involve a tool, others none at all. We sell no software: if the best solution is a change of habit, that's the one we give you.
What it costs, and how that's decided
Every immersion is priced for your business. You have the figure before you commit, never after.
One day or three, how to choose
The right format depends on what you're after: a quick first result on what costs you the most today, or the full picture of the whole business. And if nobody on your team is comfortable with computers, immersion still works: a good part of what we suggest touches no screen at all.
1 full day
For a quick first result, on what costs you the most today.
3 full days
For the full picture, across the whole business, down to the quiet time drains.
