Birthdays, reviews, offers: the messages go out by themselves
Set once: birthday, review, reward nearly reached, seasonal offer. You approve the wording, the messages go out at the right moment. The customer who doesn't come back: Reaching out to customers who drift away.
A record filled in once,
and the automation takes care of the rest.
Six moments when a message has a real reason to go out
You tick the ones that suit you, you approve the wording once.
| The occasion | What triggers it | When the message goes out |
|---|---|---|
| The birthday | the date of birth. Entered once. | on the day, at 9 am, by text |
| The reward | two visits before the reward. Seen at checkout. | the evening of the visit that crosses the threshold |
| The review | service completed. Paid, no complaint. | the same evening, by email |
| The seasonal offer | a date on the calendar. Set at the start of the season. September, the festive season, late summer. Once, to those who've given their consent. | ten days before, just once |
| The deadline | the date noted on the record. Or at the last visit. MOT, annual service, glasses: you're doing them a favour. | three weeks before, reminder at eight days |
| The customer who drifts | your cycle exceeded. Seven weeks for a salon, six months for a garage. They didn't leave angry, they had other things on their mind. A short message, no promotion. | as soon as the cycle is exceeded, just once |
And you approve the wording once, at the start.
Never more than one message a month, and everything stops if the customer has booked again.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of a scheduled message, from the occasion spotted to the message sent. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The occasion is spotted
Birthday, last visit, reward nearly reached, seasonal date: the trigger is read from your till and your diary.
The message is written
With the wording you approved, the customer's first name and the real reason for writing. Never a bulk send without a reason.
The safeguards are checked
Consent collected, nothing before 8 am or after 9.30 pm, never more than one message a month, and everything stops if the customer has booked again.
You approve the wording
Every message template passes through your hands before the first send. Nothing goes out with words you haven't proofread: that's the module's red line.
The message goes out at the right moment
On the day at 9 am for a birthday, the same evening for a review, ten days before for the season. Text if you have the number, email otherwise.

What you lose by sending nothing
profit For five per cent more customers retained.
The +25% comes from Bain & Company with Harvard Business School. The others are orders of magnitude from retail, not measurements.
Consent is asked for separately, and withdrawn in one click
Nothing goes out with words you haven't proofread. Three rules, applied on your behalf. It isn't excessive caution: Article L34-5 provides for fines of up to 75,000 euros, 375,000 for a company. A prospect's details are kept for three years. CNIL, email and text marketing, June 2026. Article L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code. af2m charter of 1 March 2026.
- 01Consent, asked for separately
A number left at an appointment doesn't count as consent. The CNIL requires consent that is free, specific, informed and unambiguous: a dedicated box, never pre-ticked, not your terms and conditions.
- 02The link to stop receiving messages
In every message: a link that works, not a note at the bottom of the page. By text, STOP. One click, and the person is out the same day, on every channel.
- 03Your customers, and the proof
Existing customer, similar services: prior consent isn't required, but they must be able to opt out with every message. We keep the date, the channel and the wording. A prospect's details are kept for three years.
Hello, the workshop reopens on Monday. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.
Monday 8.30 amPaul G.: text consent never collected. This message won't go out.
