Your assistants say your words, never one more
The phone and the website answer with your opening hours, your area, your prices. You set once what they're allowed to say, and what they'll never say.
You recognise at least one of these lines
A Saturday evening call, reproduced word for word. This is the conversation you review in the evening, and it's what tells you whether the settings are right.
Do you travel as far as Vaulx?
Yes, Vaulx is in our area. We cover up to twenty kilometres around Bron.
How much is a call-out?
A call-out starts at 90 euros. Without having seen the fault I can't give a firm price: Mr Meunier will call you back on Monday.
You review every conversation, website and phone, in the evening, in a few minutes.
Your opening hours, your area, your price range: word for word what you set, and nothing else.
As soon as a commitment is needed, the assistant passes the request to you. That line is drawn by you, and it stays drawn.
Your Saturday hours were entered just once. Both assistants give them word for word, at the same second, on both channels.
A corrected instruction applies to both assistants, and you switch everything off with a single button, with no notice.
You decide, line by line, what your assistants handle
Here's what becomes of a customer request, one Saturday evening at 10 pm, while you're having dinner. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or your assistants take it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The question is taken, website or phone
Good evening, are you open on Saturdays? At 10.07 pm, the question finds someone, on the website as on the phone.
The answer goes out, within your limits
Your opening hours, your area, your price range: word for word what you set, and nothing else.
The firm price and the date stay with you
As soon as a commitment is needed, the assistant passes the request to you. That line is drawn by you, and it stays drawn.
The reason is noted, the call-back announced
The assistant notes the reason and announces the call-back time you've set. The customer knows when you'll call.
You review the conversations
Website and phone, in the evening, in a few minutes. It's written in the contract, and you're the one holding the lead.

Indicative estimate, not a firm price: the exact rate is agreed with you at the assessment.
Three moments when nobody can reach you
Your Saturday evenings, your bank holidays, your mornings under an engine.
You're having dinner
Your Saturday hours were entered just once. Both assistants give them word for word, at the same second, on both channels.
Today: the website says nothing, the phone goes to the answerphone. The visitor looks for your opening hours, can't find them, and closes the page.
The workshop is closed
You tick the bank holiday the day before, in thirty seconds. Both assistants announce the closure and offer the first slot after reopening.
Today: nobody thought to change the answerphone message. It gives the weekday hours, and a customer makes the trip for nothing.
Your hands are full
The assistant answers within your limits, notes the reason and announces the call-back time you've set. You review the conversation in the evening.
Today: you pick up anyway, or you don't. Either way someone is poorly served, and you'll never know what was said.
You set nothing yourself on the first day. We fill in the screen with you in an hour, based on what you already say on the phone.

The limits, stated up front
You set once what they're allowed to say, and what they'll never say.
What it will never say
- A firm price, or a priced quote
- A call-out date, or any commitment
- That it's you, or that it's a human
- An answer it doesn't know: it hands over to you
What's written in the contract
- The customer knows from the first sentence that they're talking to an assistant
- You review every conversation, website and phone
- A corrected instruction applies to both assistants
- You switch everything off with a single button, with no notice
The first sentence is an obligation. The European AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50, requires people to be told when they're talking to an artificial intelligence. Applicable since 2 August 2026.
What you get back, every month
Based on - requests a week and - of 5 steps handed over, that is - per request.
