The job interview schedules itself
No more three days of phone ping-pong. The candidate takes a time you actually have, it lands in your diary, and the reminder goes out the day before.
They reply: a record for each
Maison Berthier, week of Monday 9 March
Scheduled by themselves,
swapped in one click.
You recognise these lines
The candidate only picks times you actually have. You no longer call anyone.
And he calls back when your hands are full.
You've already waited half an hour for someone, for nothing.
The questions for the job are ready, and they're the same for everyone.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's how an interview gets scheduled, from your free times to the handshake. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on, then run the simulation.
You tick your real times
Two minutes on your phone. A slot you haven't ticked never opens: that's the module's red line.
The candidate picks, the slot closes
Each candidate has a link in their name. The first to take a time removes it from the others, and it lands in your diary.
The reminder goes out the day before
At 6 pm, in your name, with the address and the duration. One click to confirm, one click to cancel.
A cancellation reopens the time
The cancelled slot goes back to the waiting candidates, and the preparation sheet shows by itself five minutes before.
You run the interview, you decide
The module sets the time, it doesn't run the interview and gives no score on its own. The decision stays yours.

Maison Berthier, week of Monday 9 March
Two candidates to see. On the left the phone, on the right the module.
Kevin took Tuesday 2.30 pm at 7.12 pm, Damien Wednesday 8.30 am at 9.40 pm. You were asleep.
Thursday's service stays put: nobody can book an interview over it.
Five times ticked in two minutes, on Monday at 12.05 pm.
The reminder the day before is no small detail
Three published figures, and one observation from the field. No French study measures no-shows at job interviews: these figures come from medical appointments.
Of phone ping-pong
On average to set a time, before the module.
Attendance with a reminder
67.8% attendance without a reminder, 78.6% with.
Doctors see it
No-shows are mostly new patients. July 2022 survey, and 20 minutes to 1 hr 30 lost per day.
Cochrane, message reminders, Gurol-Urganci et al., 2013, 7 trials, 5,841 participants. URPS Médecins Île-de-France, February 2024, 2,240 doctors. Ten days between your yes and the interview: long enough for a good candidate to go elsewhere.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Open a slot you haven't ticked
- Rule out a candidate, or score them on its own
- Run the interview, or decide for you
- Guarantee the person will turn up: the reminder helps, it doesn't force
What's written in the contract
- Connection takes half a day, on your current diary
- You switch off whenever you like, the diary stays yours
- Candidates' details are used only for this recruitment
- They're deleted two years after the last contact
These commitments follow from Article 28 of the European data protection regulation, and the retention period for applications recommended by the CNIL.
What scheduled interviews bring you
Four calendar days saved: the phone on one side, two minutes on the other.
