The method
Dashboards
Your whole business,on a single dashboard.
Your figures, your diary, your invoices, your replies to approve. Everything we set up for you is run from here, and none of it is off the shelf: the dashboard is built on your figures, your words and your rules.
Nothing is imposed and nothing goes out without you: you choose what's displayed and what you approve.
The moment you know
Know where you stand every day, not once a year
The year-end accounts arrive once, in spring, when the year's decisions have already been made. Your dashboard is up to date every morning.
Today
One single check-in a year, at the accountant's
With your dashboard
Every day, and you look at it whenever you like
One small business owner in two pays themselves less than the minimum wage, and seven in ten see their margin shrinking. Almost none of them saw it coming, because nothing told them before the year-end accounts.
An ordinary day
Today, your business
is run from seven different places.
One business owner in two with fewer than ten staff
still keeps part of their figures
in a spreadsheet. Here's what the day looks like.
The banking app
The diary, paper or online
The invoicing software
Social media and reviews
All day long
The phone
and messages
Hours lost
every week
Sunday
The binder and the spreadsheet
These seven places, we connect to the dashboard. What happens in one shows up in the others, you no longer have to play postman between them, and everything is run from the same page.
The cockpit
Everything we set up for you reports here.
Here, every automation drops what it produces in the same place,
and you never open anything else.
This dashboard isn't set in stone: you choose what's shown, and we adjust it on request.
À la carte, never as a bundle
Taking invoicing on its own?
The dashboard shows your quotes, your invoices and what's due in. Nothing else, and no empty boxes.
Adding appointments six months later?
The diary appears, the empty slots too. Nothing to redo and nothing to reinstall.
Removing one?
It disappears from the dashboard, the rest carries on. Once installed, nothing else is charged: no optional e-signature, no second licence.
You start with what bothers you most, and you see. Every module installed plugs in here by itself, the dashboard grows as you go.

Monday, 7.30amYou choose where they arrive
Knowing where you stand isn't just a matter of management. It's what lets you sleep, and financial uncertainty remains the number one source of anxiety for business owners.
What you tell us
Six things we hear as soon as figures come up. They deserve a straight answer.
I have my accountant for that.
They do the year-end accounts, the VAT and the tax, and they do it better than anyone. But they work on the past year. The dashboard is the current month. The two aren't the same job, and we never take their place.
Dashboards are for big companies.
A large company has a finance director to read twenty indicators. You have five, they fit on a phone screen, and they're written in plain English.
I'm not a numbers person.
One business owner in four says so. That's precisely why we don't give you a table to fill in: the figures arrive already calculated, with a sentence that says what they mean.
I've tried a spreadsheet before, I gave up on it.
No wonder: you had to fill it in by hand. This one fills itself from your till, your invoicing and your bank. There's nothing to type, so nothing to give up on.
I'm afraid of what I'll see in it.
That's the real objection, and it's an honest one. But the job that's losing money is losing it already. Seeing it is the only way to stop it.
My figures are scattered everywhere.
That's exactly the starting point. Almost every business owner is already equipped, with a till, invoicing or accounts. The problem isn't a lack of tools, it's that none of them talks to the others.
Designed for every trade
One single tool,
adapted to your trade.
Every business has its own particulars. Your dashboard adapts to your needs, not the other way round.
Funding
Part of it may not come out of your pocket
French regions fund the digitisation of small businesses. Precisely the tools this page is about.
0 %100 %
What gets funded
The management software, payments, scheduling, automation. No brochures, no advertising.
The rest of the bill
A normal business expense: subscriptions and services are tax-deductible, VAT reclaimed.
And a loan, if needed
From €5,000 to €100,000 for your move to digital, with no security required. It's a loan, it has to be repaid.
The trap, and there's no way back
The application must be filed before anything starts. A signed quote, a deposit paid, and the application is inadmissible.
So it's the first thing we look at together, before we even talk about what we install.
A rule shared by almost all public grants
What we do with you
- We look for what's available in your region
- We help you put the application together, and file it in time
- We follow the review with you, right up to the decision
- We work with your accountant, never in their place
We help you put the application together: the request remains yours, and you're the one who signs it. Your tax affairs are your accountant's, and we don't replace them. No grant is guaranteed: schemes change, so do the conditions, and some regions have none.
