The accepted quote becomes the invoice, by itself
The same line items, the same prices, the compulsory wording on it, the penalties when the customer is a business. You retype nothing: no more gap between what was promised and what was invoiced.
Business customer: late-payment penalties at 12.40%, fixed recovery fee of €40. No discount for early payment.
Fabre Énergies, SARL with capital of €10,000, RCS Nice 123 456 789, intra-community VAT FR12 123456789.
Filed in the right place, kept for ten years.
What was promised is invoiced,
to the penny.
You recognise these lines
You copy your accepted quotes into a Word template, in the evening
You've already invoiced an amount different from the quote
You don't know what number comes after your last invoice
You don't know whether your invoices carry the penalty wording
You've already corrected an invoice instead of issuing a credit note
Penalties: Article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code, European Central Bank rate (2.40 in the second half of 2026) plus 10 points. 40-euro fee: Article D. 441-5, 1 January 2013.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of an accepted quote. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The accepted quote is carried over line by line
Description, quantity, price, discount, VAT rate: the invoice is identical to the quote, deposits deducted.
The number follows on, with no gap or duplicate
Numbering picks up where you are and stays continuous, invoice after invoice.
The wording is set according to the customer
Business: the penalty rate and the 40-euro fee. Private individual: that wording doesn't appear.
You proofread and approve sending
No invoice goes out without your proofreading, and that's the module's red line. This step can't be handed over, at any setting.
The invoice is filed and kept
Filed in order, kept for ten years as the law requires. A mistake produces a credit note, never a deletion.
Whatever your volume
Book an assessmentFrom €400 excl. VAT set-up fee, one time only
Indicative estimate, not a firm price: the exact rate is agreed with you at the assessment.

It's not one day that changes, it's a cycle
The evening the work is finished
Today. You reopen the quote, copy the lines, look for the last number used. A price has moved, and you invoice something other than what was signed.
With the module. The accepted quote switches to an invoice in one click. Same lines, same prices, deposits deducted. The invoiced amount no longer strays from what was signed.
The eleven invoices in one go
Today. You churn them out on a Sunday. One goes out without the penalties, another with a number already used, a third without the customer's VAT.
With the module. Every invoice carries the same wording, without exception, and numbering stays continuous.
When you're asked to account for things
Today. A customer disputes, or the authorities ask for three years of invoices. You dig through two folders, a hard drive and a mailbox.
With the module. It's all there, in order, kept for ten years. A mistake wasn't deleted: it produced a credit note, attached to the original.
The compulsory wording, in place every time
| The detail | What it contains | What it protects |
|---|---|---|
| Who sells, who buys | Issue date, unique number, your details, legal form and SIREN, customer identity, VAT from 150 euros excluding VAT. | The VAT your customer reclaims. |
| What you sold | Description of each line, quantity, unit price excluding VAT, VAT rate per line, discounts, totals. | You're in the right if a customer disputes. |
| When and how you're paid | Payment date, late-payment penalty rate, fixed fee of 40 euros, early-payment discount terms. | Without the rate written down, nothing to claim from the late payer. |
| What depends on your status | VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Building trades: insurance, insurer, geographical cover. | Forgotten changes of insurer. |
Wording, ten-year retention, penalties and 40-euro fee: entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr and economie.gouv.fr. 15-euro fine: Article 1737 of the French General Tax Code.
E-invoicing, small businesses: receiving from 1 September 2026, issuing from 1 September 2027.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do

- Replace your accountant, or advise you on the law
What's written in the contract
- Your invoices are yours, exportable in full, at any time
- Ten-year retention, as the law requires, without doing a thing
- The compulsory electronic format is ready before the deadline
What you get back, every month
Based on - invoices and - of 4 steps handed over, that is - each.
