No candidate is left without a reply
The one you hire, the one you turn down, the one you keep on file: three messages written in your words, as drafts. You review them, they go out in your name.
Twenty-three applications for a sales assistant job
Hello Karim,
we're interested in your application for the sales assistant job. Come by the shop on Thursday at 2 pm, we'll talk for twenty minutes.
Does that work for you?
Hello Sarah,
thank you for your application. We've chosen someone who had already run a till on Saturdays. Your CV was read, and it was a serious one.
If you agree, we'll keep it for a future vacancy. All the best.
Nothing goes out without your click.
Every candidate has their reply,
reviewed by you.
Five lines, just one is enough
- 01You reply to the two or three you interview, and the others wait
- 02You put off a rejection because it's unpleasant to write
- 03You've already come across a candidate at the till who never heard back
- 04You can no longer find the CV of the decent person you didn't take
- 05You start a search from scratch, six months after having seen good ones
Hello, your application has arrived. We'll get back to you within a fortnight.
Within the hourShort, polite, door left open. Twenty-one to review, then they go out in your name.
To reviewYou decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of the replies in a recruitment, from the acknowledgement to the last rejection. At each step, say whether you keep writing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The acknowledgement goes out within the hour
In your name, for each one. The only message that goes out without your review, and you can switch it off.
Each candidate is given their case
Interview, rejection, talent pool, missing document. The case comes from what you ticked on their record, never from the machine.
The messages are put together, saved as drafts
Their name, the job, the reason you gave, in your own words. The drafts wait in your mailbox.
You review, you send
You correct, you postpone, you delete. Nothing goes out without your click: that's the module's red line.
Whatever your volume

What becomes of each CV, week after week
Twenty-three applications for a sales assistant job. The same month, with and without the module. Nothing changes in what you decide, everything changes in what goes out.
Each one gets an acknowledgement within the hour
In your name. Nobody is left hanging.
Today: you reply to the two you interview. The other twenty-one will never hear back.
Each rejection is written short, polite, door left open
You review all twenty-one, they go out.
Today: the rejection, you don't write it. Silence does the job for you, and it does it badly.
The talent pool brings up three decent names
With the date of their consent. The follow-up is already written.
Today: you start from scratch: advert, waiting, sorting. March's good candidates are nowhere to be found.
The reply time expected by more than four candidates in five is two weeks. Ifop for Yaggo, 2026.
An ignored candidate is still a customer
Four published figures. Ifop for Yaggo, candidate experience barometer 2026, 2,004 respondents: 64, 60 and 58%, 43% without an acknowledgement. Yaggo, Caask, Ifop, 2,005 respondents, April 2022: 23% cut their purchases.

The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Send a rejection you haven't reviewed
- Score, rank or rule out a candidate on your behalf
- Invent a reason for rejection you didn't give
- Keep someone in the talent pool without their consent
What's written in the contract
- Only the acknowledgement goes out without your review
- The messages go out from your address, in your name
- An unsuccessful candidate is kept for two years, then deleted
- Full return or deletion at the end of the contract
Two years after the last contact: the CNIL period for an unsuccessful candidate.
The talent pool requires them to be informed and to agree.
