1Who is responsible for your data
Two companies, described in our legal notice, are responsible for your data, each for its own part.
ATLAS ADVISORY LLC is responsible for everything that happens on this website: your browsing, the messages you send us through the messaging service, and the booking of your assessment.
NOACIM SERVICES AND MARKETING LTD is responsible for the data of the business relationship that follows, when your business is based in Europe: drawing up the quote, invoicing, payment and following up your file.
2What we collect
Depending on how you use this website, we may collect:
When you book an assessment: your name, your business activity, your phone number, your email address, the exact meeting address if it takes place in person, and the few words you tell us about what takes up your time, if you choose to fill that in.
When you complete your file before the meeting: the answers you choose to give to the optional questions about your business, what takes up your time, the tools you use and what you expect.
When you write to us through the website's messaging service: the content of your messages, the contact details you choose to leave, a technical identifier for your browser, described on our cookie settings page, and the IP address of your connection. The identifier and the IP address are used only to block reported abuse.
When you ask to speak to an adviser: the name and email address you have already given us on the website from this browser (booking, form, message left), so that the adviser knows who they are replying to.
If you accept audience measurement: browsing statistics (pages viewed, links clicked, where the visit came from, type of device, approximate town), collected by Google Analytics. They contain neither your name, your phone number, your email address nor the content of your messages.
We never collect data by means you cannot see: no advertising cookies, and no audience measurement without your consent.
3Why we collect it, and on what basis
Each use rests on one of the bases provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Organising your meeting and preparing our work
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request: booking the assessment, confirmation and reminders, preparation file.
- Answering your messages
- Our legitimate interest in answering the questions you ask us through the website's messaging service.
- Protecting the messaging service against abuse
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure: browser identifier and IP address.
- Drawing up the quote, invoicing and following up your file
- Performance of the contract between us, and our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations.
- Measuring the website's audience
- Your consent, given in the banner and withdrawable at any time from our cookie settings page.
Your data is never used for advertising, nor passed on or sold to a third party. No decision about you is made in a fully automated way.
4Who has access to it
Your data is accessible to both companies, ATLAS ADVISORY LLC and NOACIM SERVICES AND MARKETING LTD: the information you leave us on this website, messages included, is accessible to each of them, with each remaining responsible for the part described in section 1.
Some technical providers access it so that we can provide the service to you, and only to carry out the task entrusted to them:
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- Hosting of the website and its data, see our legal notice.
- Resend
- Sending confirmation and reminder emails.
- Google
- Creating the video call in our diary for remote meetings and, if you have accepted it, audience measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Limited), with advertising signals switched off.
- Anthropic
- Drafting the messaging assistant's replies: your messages are passed to it to prepare the reply.
- Base Adresse Nationale
- French government public service (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr): suggests the exact address as you type it in the booking form.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Depending on the provider, these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5How long we keep it
- Meeting request not followed up
- 3 years after our last contact.
- Messaging service messages
- 3 years after the last message, together with the associated browser identifier and IP address.
- Customers
- For the whole of our relationship, then 3 years after it ends.
- Invoices and accounting records
- 10 years, as required by law.
- Audience measurement
- 14 months in Google Analytics. Measurement cookies expire no later than 13 months after being set, and you are asked for your choice again every 6 months.
6Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
Where a use rests on your consent, such as audience measurement, you can withdraw it at any time from our cookie settings page, without affecting what was done beforehand.
You can also set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@atlasadvisory-solutions.com: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
7Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (https) from end to end. We limit access to your data to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described above.
