Monday, 7 am: your figures tell you where you stand
Five up-to-date figures, in plain words, with the sentence that says what they mean. No more spreadsheet on Sunday evening, no more waiting until the spring accounts.
The decision stays with you.
Review the priceFour minutes on Monday,
and you know where you stand.
You recognise at least one of these lines
You know what's left in the account, not what the month brought in. Your figures live in a spreadsheet you fill in on Sunday evening.
You discover your margin in the annual accounts, when the year is already over. And you've already spent a whole month working on a job that was losing money.
Syndicat des Indépendants et des TPE, 2025 review, 1,679 business owners, January 2026. Altares, first quarter 2026: 14,311 of the 18,986 insolvencies, fewer than three employees.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of the weekly review, from the Sunday spreadsheet to the price given in the middle of the day. At each step, say whether you keep doing it by hand or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The figures gather themselves
Till, invoicing, bank in read-only mode: only figures that already exist in your business. You enter nothing.
The five indicators are calculated
Taken, margin, to come in, what's going out: five indicators chosen with you, each with its sentence in plain words.
You read, and you decide
Four minutes on Monday at 7 am. Putting a price up, dropping a service: those decisions stay with you, never taken on your behalf.
The week's figure is found in one go
Wednesday, a price to give: the margin per service is on your phone, up to date as of last night.
The actions that follow from the figures are ready
The reminder for the overdue invoice is written, the message for the quiet Tuesday is waiting for your loyal customers. You review, you send or you leave it.

The three moments when you look for your figures
The same week, with and without the module. You sell exactly the same thing, you just no longer have to copy anything out to know it.
Monday morning. You open the banking app: 4,200 euros left. You don't know what the month really brought in.
Wednesday. A customer asks for a price on the phone. You answer on gut feeling, without knowing what that service leaves you.
Sunday evening. You get the binder out, you copy out the receipts, you half give up. Forty minutes, and nothing certain.
Monday morning. A message is waiting for you at 7 am: taken, the month's margin, what has to come in, what's going out. Four minutes of reading.
Wednesday. You open the page on your phone: the margin per service is up to date as of last night. You price on real figures.
Sunday evening. Nothing to do. The figures came by themselves from the till, invoicing and the bank. Your Sunday is yours.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Take your accountant's place: they do the annual accounts and the tax, we do the current month
- Decide for you to raise a price or drop a service
- Pass on any of your figures to a bank, an insurer or anyone at all
- Drown you in forty indicators nobody looks at
What's written in the contract
- Your figures stay yours, hosted in Europe, exportable in full whenever you ask
- Read-only access to your bank, never the right to move money
- No other provider in the chain without your written consent
- Full return or deletion at the end of the contract
These commitments follow from Article 28 of the European data regulation, which governs business and provider.
You decide who sees what: partner, apprentice, accountant. Only you have everything.
What you get back, every month
