He came once. Without the returning customer, it stops there
The module spots every new customer and sends them two messages, on day 3 and day 21, to prompt the second visit. Nobody else touches that gap.
The same customer, before and after
On the day of the first visit, he's in front of you. Today, you take his payment like everyone else's, nothing says it's his first time. With the module, first visit shows at the till: you ask for a way to reach him, and he leaves recognised.
On day 3, the window where everything is decided. Today, nothing goes out: no list of first visits exists, nobody notices. With the module, a short message goes out by itself: thank you, here's what else we do, how to book again.
On day 21, the tipping point. Today, if he hasn't come back, he joins the file and never comes out of it. With the module, a second message, the last, with a reason: a free slot, something new.
Connection takes half a day, on the till or the diary you already have. After that, zero minutes a week.
You decide, step by step, who brings the new customer back
Here's what becomes of a first visit. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the estimate recalculates before your eyes.
The first visit is spotted
The module reads your till and your diary: no trace before today, first visit shows at checkout.
You ask for a way to reach him
A first name and a way to get in touch, at the natural moment: the booking, the receipt, the card at the counter. Consent for offers is asked separately, and that's down to you.
The day 3 invitation goes out
A short message: thank you, here's what else we do, how to book again. No points, no discount.
The day 21 follow-up goes out, the last one
If he hasn't come back, a second invitation with a reason: a free slot, something new. Never more than two messages.
The second-visit rate updates
Every first visit enters the list: came back, followed up, waiting. One single figure comes out each month.

The second-visit rate, and how it's calculated
One single figure, tracked month after month. It's the curve that speaks, not the isolated figure.
Came back a second time.
In July, each invited back on day 3 then day 21.
Seven weeks for a salon, six months for a garage.
The customer who comes back is worth more than the one you go and find
You pay to bring people in, without knowing how many come back.
times more expensive

The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Write to someone who hasn't given their consent
- Recognise a face: it reads the till, never a camera
- Push: never more than two messages, and never a call
- Decide on a discount or a gesture on your behalf
What's written in the contract
- A link to stop receiving anything, and it stops immediately
- The file is yours, hosted in Europe, exportable
- No other provider without your written consent
- Full return or deletion at the end of the contract
Why two written messages, and never a call. Since 11 August 2026, a sales call requires prior consent.
You finally track the second-visit rate, month by month
Based on - first visits a month, each invited back on day 3 then on day 21.
