This website uses no advertising cookies. It measures its audience with Google Analytics, only if you accept. Here is what is actually stored in your browser.
Last updated: 13 October 2026. This translation is for convenience only. In the event of any difference, the French text prevails.
1What is always stored
Four technical elements, strictly necessary:
Conversation identifier
Kept for the length of your visit (deleted when the tab is closed), it lets the website's messaging service pick up the current conversation if you reload the page.
Browser identifier
Kept long term, it lets us block reported abuse in the website's messaging service. It is not linked to any advertising and is not used to track you on other websites.
Messaging opened marker
Kept long term, it stops the messaging notification badge from showing again once you have opened it.
Your choice on audience measurement
Kept for 6 months, it saves asking you the question on every page. After that, you are asked again.
These elements are exempt from prior consent, in line with the CNIL's recommendations on trackers.
If you have already left us your name or contact details on the website (booking, form, message), your browser also keeps them. They are only sent to us if you ask to speak to an adviser in the messaging service, so that they know who they are replying to.
2Audience measurement, with your consent
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (their names start with _ga) that let us know how many people visit the website, which pages they view, where they come from and which links they click. That tells us which solutions interest our visitors most.
This information is statistical: it contains neither your name, your phone number, your email address nor the content of your messages, and is not used for any advertising. Measurement cookies expire no later than 13 months after being set.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Some data may be transferred to the United States, under the safeguards put in place by Google.
Until you click Accept, nothing is set or sent to Google. Declining has no effect on your visit.
You haven't made a choice yet.
3Changing your mind and deleting everything
You can change your mind at any time with the buttons above: declining deletes the measurement cookies straight away.
You can also delete everything from your browser settings, in the section for site data or local storage. Deleting them does not stop you browsing the website: the messaging service simply loses the memory of your current conversation, and you are asked again about audience measurement.
