He didn't forget anything, nobody had warned him
A service contract, an inspection, an annual check: the due date comes round every year, and nobody keeps that calendar. Your customer gets a message three weeks before the date, sees the obligation, taps a slot. Twenty seconds.
Every year, his due date comes round
What Mr Perrin receives, over the year
He hasn't left you,
he's warned in time.
He thinks of it again the day it breaks down
BVA for Synasav, 2,029 individual boiler owners, March 2015. Solicitations: Notify, 1,153 respondents, April 2025. MOT: Ministry of Ecological Transition, 135-euro fine, raised up to 750. Two due dates measured nationally, the annual service and the MOT: other annual due dates live the same thing, without public statistics.
- He doesn't know it's compulsory: no notice ever arrives
- He calls at the same time as everyone else, and is given a date three weeks later
- He looks for his last certificate in a drawer and can't say what year it's from
- After damage, his insurer asks for proof of servicing, and he doesn't have it
- He gets so many offers he no longer opens anything
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's Mr Perrin's due date, step by step. For each one, say whether it goes through Atlas® or stays as it is today, then run the simulation to see what he experiences.
His annual due date approaches
Every year, the due date comes round. Nothing reminds him unless someone takes care of it.
He receives the message, or he hears nothing at all
A message in his name, the due date written down, sent three weeks ahead.
He understands in one line why he's being written to
The date, the obligation, what he risks with his insurer: not a discount, a piece of information.
He picks a slot with one tap
Two free dates with you shown, a link to see others.
He's confirmed, and he can stop everything
The confirmation lands within the second, with a simple way to stop receiving anything.
You do the job
The visit to his home stays yours: you're the one doing the work on the planned date.

Mr Perrin's year, depending on whether he was warned
Three moments of the year, depending on whether he was warned or not.
In October, a message three weeks before the due date, with the date and the reason: he takes the 8.30 am slot one Tuesday evening, from his sofa. In December, the job has been done in a slot you still had free.
The date passes without a sound: his last visit dates back to an autumn he can no longer place

Three weeks, one reminder, nothing forgotten
The difference between a sales message and a due-date reminder, line by line.
The sales message, the one he files without reading
Sent to the whole file on Friday. It pushes an offer: he sees advertising, and that's what it is. It comes back for no reason, and 57.6% unsubscribe.
Service unrelated to his purchase: his consent is required.
The due-date reminder, the one he's waiting for
His due date, his date. He feels looked after, not sold to. Real obligation, every twelve months. One message per due date, three weeks ahead, never two.
Existing customer, similar service: the CNIL requires nothing.
The legal texts, for those who want to check
Servicing of 4 to 400 kW boilers and chimney sweeping every twelve months: decree no. 2023-641 of 20 July 2023, Articles R. 1331-16 and R. 1331-19 of the French Public Health Code, in force since 1 October 2023.
MOT: six months before the fourth anniversary, then every two years, Ministry of Ecological Transition.
Writing to a customer: CNIL, relationship message with no promotion, free opt-out, Article L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code, Article 21 of the European regulation.
What we don't promise
One reminder per due date, never two, a STOP that cuts everything. To the existing customer, same service, never a purchased list.
One in three won't reply.
What due-date reminders bring you
Out of 300 customers with an annual due date, one in four lets it slip.
