One rota, the same for everybody
You publish it once. Everyone sees it on their phone, with their hours. An absence, leave, a swap: the rota readjusts itself and tells whoever is affected.
You draw up the week's rota
Everyone has their week on their phone
A change? Only those affected get the update.
Done once, sent in one tap,
in everyone's pocket.
Five lines, just one is enough
Your rota is a whiteboard in the back room
You reprint the spreadsheet as soon as someone changes something
People call you on Friday evening to find out who's working Saturday
You've already opened with one person fewer than planned
You couldn't show which version each person had in front of them
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's the rota's week, from Monday to Saturday. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
The week's rota is published
Everyone has it on their phone at the same second, via their link, with no account to create. Each person only sees their hours, you see everything.
What moves only moves once
An absence, approved leave, a swap: the rota readjusts, the published version becomes the only one. Old ones are dated.
You approve who covers which slot
Nobody is put on a slot without your approval, and that's the module's red line. This step can't be handed over, at any setting.
Only those affected are told
The notification goes to those whose hours change, never to the whole team. The notice period is counted for you.
Every version stays dated
Every published version is dated and kept: at the end of the month, you look at what was shown, and the discussion lasts a minute.
Whatever your volume
Book an assessmentFrom €300 excl. VAT set-up fee, one time only
Indicative estimate, not a firm price: the exact rate is agreed with you at the assessment.
The published rota, and who sees what
You publish it once. Everyone sees it on their phone, with their hours.
The absence is entered once. The rota readjusts, and only Léa and Sonia are told.
Each person only sees what concerns them. You see everything.
They can be seen before Saturday, not on Saturday morning at the counter.

What becomes of the rota version, from Monday to Saturday
Nothing changes in your business. What changes is the number of rota versions in circulation at the same time.
Monday. The whiteboard is redone in marker pen. It's the only version, and it never leaves the back room.
Wednesday. Karim is off sick. The board is crossed out, your spreadsheet doesn't move. Two versions are already in circulation.
Friday. Three people call you to find out. You answer from memory, between two customers.
Saturday. Sonia and Léa thought they were off. You open the counter alone.
Monday. The week's rota is published. Everyone has it on their phone, at the same second.
Wednesday. The absence is entered once. The rota readjusts, and only Léa and Sonia are told.
Friday. Nobody calls. The question no longer arises, the answer is in their pocket.
Saturday. Saturday is covered. Every change was notified, with its sending date kept.
The notice period isn't negotiable
working days to notify a part-timer of a change of hours, failing an agreement. Three working days is the floor: even by agreement, never less.
L3123-31: notified 7 working days ahead. L3123-24: never under 3 days. D3171-1 to D3171-3: collective hours dated, signed, displayed. R3173-1 and 131-13 of the Penal Code: class 4, 750 euros at most. Failure to display falls under R3173-2, R3173-1 covering the copy not forwarded. 8 hours: Syndicat des indépendants.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Put someone on a slot without your approval
- Calculate payroll or decide on overtime
- Show the team a salary, an address or a reason for absence
- Make up for a notice period you didn't keep
What's written in the contract
- Every published version is dated and kept
- Each person only sees what concerns them, you see everything
- Your data stays yours, we act only on your instructions
- Full return of your rotas at the end of the contract
Under collective hours, displaying them remains your obligation: dated, signed, displayed in every workplace, Articles D3171-1 and D3171-2, changes displayed before they apply, D3171-3.
