One sending, and the accountant has everything
The month's hours, absences and bonuses, gathered and checked, sent in the same format. The module prepares payroll: it doesn't do it and doesn't replace your accountant.
The whole month files itself, day by day
The discrepancies, opened one by one
On the rota that day: evening shift, 2 pm to 8 pm.
No sick note received to date.
2 August, at your accountant's
Hello, here are the July payroll items, in the usual format. Have a good day.
One sending on the 2nd,
instead of ten emails and a spreadsheet.
You recognise at least one of these lines
Dates: Article R133-14 of the French Social Security Code, DSN guide on service-public.fr dated 4 May 2026. The 15th of the following month under 50 employees, the 5th from 50. Penalties: Articles R243-12 and R243-13. Limitation period: Article L3245-1 of the French Labour Code.
- You redo the hours table by hand, on the last Sunday of the month
- You look for a sick note in a pile of papers, or in your messages
- You add bonuses from memory, and you sometimes forget one
- Your accountant calls you every month about a missing line
- An employee has already found a mistake on their payslip, and you had to put it right
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of your month end. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
Hours, absences and bonuses are gathered
Counted day by day: clocking in, leave, bonuses, expenses. Nothing to copy out, the table already exists.
Every line is checked
Hours against contract, absences against sick notes, bonuses against your rule. Every discrepancy is flagged, never corrected by itself.
The summary is built
One line per employee, in your accountant's format, the same template every month.
You settle the discrepancies and approve
The disputed sick leave, the missing clock-in: you decide line by line, and nothing goes out without your approval. That's the module's red line: it prepares payroll, it doesn't do it.
The sending goes to your accountant
On the 2nd, same template and same date, with acknowledgement of receipt. Then they calculate and they file.
Whatever your volume
Book an assessmentFrom €500 excl. VAT set-up fee, one time only
Indicative estimate, not a firm price: the exact rate is agreed with you at the assessment.

Four dates, from the 28th to the 5th
The same month of July, with and without the module.
- On the 28th, you gather everything
Everything has been counted day by day
Nothing to copy out: the table already exists.
Today: the hours book, sick notes in a drawer, bonuses from memory.
- On the 30th, the check
The discrepancies are listed separately
You decide line by line, you look for nothing.
Today: nobody sees the unclocked Thursday or the sick leave without a note. The mistake will come out on the payslip.
- On the 2nd, the sending
The summary goes out, same template and same date
With acknowledgement of receipt.
Today: you send it on the evening of the 4th. A different format every month, depending on how tired you are.
- On the 5th, what follows
Nothing is missing. They calculate and they file.
One sending, instead of ten emails and a spreadsheet.
Today: the accountant calls back about a missing line. They wait, the filing deadline approaches.
This module prepares payroll, it doesn't do it
What it will never do, and why
- Calculate gross or net pay: that calculation is your legal responsibility.
- Produce a payslip: its contents are set by Article R3243-1 of the French Labour Code.
- File the declaration: it commits the employer.
- Replace the payroll manager: that's their job.
- Settle a disputed absence: it's flagged, and you decide.
What it does, and what's written in the contract
- It gathers and checks hours, absences, bonuses and expenses.
- Every figure can be traced back to the original clock-in.
- Copies of payslips are kept for five years, the period required by Article L3243-4 of the French Labour Code.
- Nothing goes out without your approval, in your accountant's format, and your data stays yours, Article 28 of the European regulation.
Said one last time: no salary calculated here, no payslip produced here, no declaration filed here.
What you get back, every month
Based on - employees and - of 4 steps handed over, that is - each.
