You recognise these lines

You know there's money out there, without knowing how much. You don't dare ask a good customer, for fear of upsetting them. You no longer know which invoice was chased, or when. You've already put off a supplier for lack of being paid. And you've already let an invoice go rather than claim it.

Banque de France, payment terms, 2024: 13.6 days. Observatoire des délais de paiement: 15 billion euros missing from small businesses in 2023. Coface 2025: 86% affected, 44% beyond a month, 39.5 days. Altares 2025: 69,957 insolvencies, up 3.1%.

02Do the sums yourself

You decide, step by step, what you hand over

Here's what becomes of an invoice that isn't paid. At each level, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes. The last two levels never go out without you.

1

The courteous nudge, three days before the due date

A friendly word, with the amount and the expected date. Most late payments are oversights: often, it ends there.

2

The payment link, on the due date

A message with the pay button. They pay from their phone, and the payment reconciles itself.

3

The tone goes up a notch, one week overdue

Polite, but clear: invoice overdue, penalties and the 40-euro fee now running. Very often, that's where it gets sorted.

Letter written, penalties calculated, recorded delivery ready. It doesn't go out: it waits for your click. That's the module's red line.

03The heart of the module

Five levels, in order, without you having to think about it

  • 01
3 days before the due date, the courteous nudge

Goes out by itself. Most late payments are oversights. A friendly word, with the amount and the expected date. Often, it ends there. Today: you don't warn anyone, for fear of looking suspicious.

  • 02
On the due date, the payment link

Goes out by itself. They pay from their phone, and the payment reconciles itself. A cheque is still possible. Today: the invoice went out thirty days ago, and nobody can say whether it's been paid.

  • 03
One week overdue, the tone goes up a notch

Goes out by itself. Polite, but clear: invoice overdue, late-payment penalties and the 40-euro fee now running. Very often, that's where it gets sorted. Today: you put off the reminder until Sunday evening, and you don't do it.

  • 04
Three weeks overdue, the formal notice prepared

With your approval. Letter written, penalties calculated, recorded delivery ready. It doesn't go out: it waits for your click. To pause, postpone or replace with a call. Today: you spend a whole evening looking for a letter template, and you give up.

  • 05
If nothing moves, the complete file

With your approval. Signed quote, invoice, proof of sending, acknowledgements, dated history of reminders: all in one place, ready to hand over. Or to nobody. Today: the documents are scattered between the mailbox, a binder and the quoting software.

04What we guarantee you

The limits, stated up front

What we don't do

  • No debt collection: we don't call your customers
  • No legal advice: your terms of sale are what counts
  • Neither your terms nor your penalties: you decide, the system applies

What's written in the contract

  • Your invoices stay yours, hosted in Europe, exportable
  • No other provider without your written consent
  • At the end of the contract, everything is returned or deleted, at no cost

The penalties are written on your invoices. Between businesses: 30 days by default, 60 at most. Past the due date, penalties and a 40-euro fee, not for a private individual. Claiming them is optional, omitting them is an offence: up to 75,000 euros for the director, 2 million for a company. French Commercial Code, Articles L441-10, D441-5 and L441-16.
