Payment methods offered
Filed by itself. Paid, reconciled, filed under October: you don't touch it.
An amount, a link,
the money in the account.
Five lines, one is enough
- You're still waiting for a cheque that was due last week
- You go to the bank to pay in cheques
- You tick off your transfers one by one on your statement
- You don't dare ask for the deposit before starting the work
- You couldn't say, right now, who's paid you and who hasn't
Banque de France, map of payment methods, Bulletin no. 261, 2024 data. Observatoire des délais de paiement, 2024 report: only 46 per cent of businesses pay on time.
Instant transfers at the same price as standard transfers since 9 January 2025: European Regulation 2024/886. Free in practice in France. Interchange capped: Regulation 2015/751.
You decide, step by step, what you hand over
Here's what becomes of a payment, from the link sent to the line reconciled. At each step, say whether you keep doing it or Atlas® takes it on: the counters recalculate before your eyes.
You set the amount and create the link
Deposit, balance or part payment: the amount is yours to set, and that's the module's red line. No link is created without you.
The link goes to the customer
By text, by email or as a QR code at the counter, with its expiry. You can cancel it at any time.
The payment is tracked
Each link carries its status: sent, opened, paid. The payment comes through within the second.
The reminder goes to those who haven't paid
Those who opened without paying, and only them. Never a customer you want to call yourself.
The payment attaches to the right invoice
Reconciled by itself, transaction fees shown separately. Your accountant receives a clean statement.

On site, in the shop, remotely
Nothing changes in what you invoice, everything changes in when you get paid.
Balance for the job. Paid 4 minutes later, from their sofa.
On siteToday: you leave with nothing. The invoice will go out tonight, the cheque will arrive in three weeks, if they remember to send it. With the module, you create the link from your phone and they pay before you've packed up your tools.
They scan, they pay from their bank. The line lands before they leave.
In the shopToday: their card is over its limit, or they've forgotten their chequebook. You note the name in a book, and often you never follow up.
You're told when it's paid, and you buy the materials with their money.
RemotelyToday: you send your bank details, you wait, you open the banking app three times a day. The work doesn't start.
Nothing changes in what you invoice, everything changes in when you get paid.
The limits, stated up front
What it will never do
- Create a link for an amount you haven't set
- Do away with cheques or cash: the link is added on top
- See or keep your customer's card number
- Chase a customer you want to call yourself
What's written in the contract
- The payment account is in your name, we have no access to the funds
- Every link is logged: created, sent, opened, paid
- Your data stays yours, we act only on your instructions
- Full return of the history at the end of the contract
The card number doesn't pass through us: the page belongs to the licensed payment institution. Article 28 of the European data protection regulation. Contract handed over before connection.
